The storage and origin of the ingredients used in our dishes is especially important for head chef, Sascha Schwarzkopf.
Fresh fish from the lake, pork from species-appropriate animal husbandry and best Allgäu grass fed beef are the basis of our delicious cuisine.

But the lounge area on our sun terrace also invites you to enjoy the view over Lake Constance and its hustle and bustle while having a drink and reading a good book before you retire to your well - furnished room and relax.
